After opening the Wii Game check the backside of the disc to find out if the disc has scratches or not. If it has then return the game to the retailer.

If you have an old disc which has now got scratches or dust then you need to have two tthings with you which will help clean the disc for Wii Nintendo.

Use a damp cloth made out of cotton for the same. Do not use the fiber cloth as it can get scratches.

Wipe the disc but do not make circular motions as that can destroy the disc.

After the wipe make sure to let the disc dry and then insert it into the wii Console for fun and excitement. But if after the cleaning the game is not working then it means there is some error with the Wii and go back to the retailer from whom you buy that wii.
